COVID-19 UPDATE

As of Monday 13th July 2020, we are now taking new face to face patient consultations.

In order to minimise the risk of infection to staff, patients and relatives, we have introduced a remote pathway that covers every aspect of day to day activity at the Clinic, with key points including:

Hand sanitising and temperature checks are compulsory on arrival for all persons entering the clinic, including staff, patients and carers.
Face masks are compulsory for all patients, carers and staff to wear.
Limited numbers of patients and strict social distancing throughout all areas of the clinic.
Patients are required to enter the clinic alone, unless they require assistance from a carer or relative due to language/mobility issues.
Greater reliance on telephone communication where possible including follow-up.
All patients arriving required to wait outside the building until their appointment time.
Patients who are displaying COVID-19 symptoms or are a potential risk of infection to others will not be allowed into the clinic.
